Return & Exchange Policy

We, at MYRA, strictly do not take returns.
For any of the following reasons, we can exchange the product(s) if required.

Products can be returned for exchange to MYRA’s address (13C Hindustan Road, Kolkata 700029 OR ‘Mohona’ 329 Shanti Pally, Rajdanga, Kolkata 700107, Phone 9051574622) only in cases of:

1. A manufacturing fault

2. Tampering of product due to shipping and handling

You must inform us about your wish to return your product within 3 days from the date of delivery. (To be couriered by the customer at his/her cost which will be reimbursed, depending on the reason for exchange)
The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.
The product should be returned in a well packed box (our packaging material can be recycled) so as to avoid any damage in the transit.
We strictly do not exchange products if they are not of your taste, color, size as all required details of the products are available before purchasing.
For exchange of products which is due to our handling only, the shipping costs are borne by us.
